Customer Service Associate

Alto HR is placing Customer Service Associates for our retail Pensacola client. This flexible, customer-facing role supports the service desk, returns, and general floor assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the service desk with returns, exchanges, and inquiries
• Process returns efficiently and accurately using store POS system
• Answer phone calls and direct customer questions appropriately
• Support front-end operations during peak traffic periods
• Maintain a professional, welcoming attitude at all times

Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience strongly preferred
• Strong verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfort with computer systems and basic data entry
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
