General Merchandise Associate

Alto HR is placing General Merchandise Associates for our retail Panama City client. You'll work across the general merchandise floor — electronics, clothing, home goods, sporting goods, and seasonal — keeping sections stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise across assigned general merchandise sections
• Create and maintain clean, shoppable displays per planogram
• Locate items for customers and assist with product questions
• Process returns and re-merchandise items to the sales floor
• Perform inventory counts and assist with periodic audits

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task across multiple sections of a large retail store
• Customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate stock equipment
• Retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
