Janitorial Associate

Alto HR is placing Janitorial Associates at our retail Panama City Beach client location. This essential role keeps the store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and associates throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, customer areas, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floor cleanliness across the store
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal areas
• Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and urgent cleaning needs
• Operate floor cleaning machines and maintain janitorial supply inventory

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in cleanliness
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs, bend, and work on feet for full shifts
• Customer-friendly demeanor when interacting with shoppers
• Flexible availability — morning, evening, and weekend shifts available
