Lead Supervisor

Alto HR is placing a Lead Supervisor across our retail locations in the Florida Panhandle. You'll lead supervisors and front-line associates across departments, owning shift execution, daily targets, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisors and associates across multiple departments during your shift
• Drive daily productivity, recovery, and customer service standards
• Coach team members on procedures, safety, and retail standards
• Resolve escalations from associates, customers, and management
• Partner with store leadership on staffing, scheduling, and performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail supervisory or lead experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Strong decision-making under pressure
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Open availability including evenings and weekends
