Merchandise & Stocking Associate

Alto HR is placing Merchandise & Stocking Associates at our retail Miramar Beach client location. Associates will work across general merchandise, grocery, and seasonal departments to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from pallets and stock shelves efficiently
• Rotate product and remove out-of-date items
• Set up and maintain seasonal displays
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards
• Collaborate with store management to meet department goals

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Retail or warehouse experience a plus
• Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
