Merchandise & Stocking Associate Supervisor

Alto HR is seeking an experienced Merchandise & Stocking Associate Supervisor for a leadership role at our retail Destin client. In this role, you will oversee a team of stocking associates, ensuring department productivity, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of merchandise and stocking associates
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity against store benchmarks
• Train new associates on safety, procedures, and stocking standards
• Communicate with store management on inventory and staffing needs
• Ensure backroom and sales floor meet compliance and appearance standards

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
