Produce Associate

Alto HR is placing Produce Associates at our retail client in Santa Rosa Beach. You will be responsible for maintaining fresh, well-stocked produce displays that meet the store's high quality and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and display fresh produce items daily
• Inspect product quality and remove damaged or expired items
• Maintain cleanliness of produce section, including coolers and bins
• Assist customers in finding and selecting fresh produce
• Receive produce deliveries and process incoming inventory

Requirements

• Ability to work in cooler/refrigerated environments
• Attention to detail and pride in product presentation
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts
• Experience in produce, deli, or fresh foods preferred
• Early morning availability (shifts typically start 5am–6am)
