Stocking & Unloading Associate

Alto HR is recruiting Stocking & Unloading Associates for our retail Destin client. This physically active role involves unloading merchandise trucks and stocking shelves throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise trailers and palletize product for department stocking
• Stock shelves throughout the store per store planogram and standards
• Operate equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and stock carts
• Maintain backroom cleanliness and organization
• Meet daily unloading and stocking productivity goals

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/move for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous warehouse, unloading, or retail stocking experience a plus
• Flexible shifts — early morning and overnight openings available
