Picker

Alto HR is placing a Picker (Online Grocery / OPD Associate) across our retail locations in the Florida Panhandle. You'll fulfill online grocery and pickup orders accurately and on time, helping customers get exactly what they ordered.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from the sales floor using a handheld scanner per customer order
• Stage orders in the correct temperature zones (ambient, chilled, frozen)
• Verify substitutions and quality of perishable items before bagging
• Load orders into vehicles at curbside pickup
• Maintain pick rate and accuracy targets

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort using handheld scanners and basic mobile apps
• Ability to walk extensively (8–12 miles per shift) and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable and punctual; flexible morning, evening, or weekend availability
• Customer-friendly attitude for curbside loading
