Campus teams for the busy weeks of the year
We are expanding into campus work: the dining, custodial, move-in and event roles that schools and campuses need most in their busiest weeks.
- Dining and custodial cover
- Move-in and event crews
- Planned around your calendar
Ready for move-in, exams and graduation
A campus has its own calendar: move-in, the first weeks of term, exams, graduation and summer programs. We are building staffing for the support roles those weeks need, prepared before their first shift and paid by Alto, so your own team can focus on students.
What we are building
Dining and custodial cover
Food service and cleaning crews for full terms or busy weeks.
Move-in and event crews
Extra hands for move-in days, graduation and campus events.
Planned around your calendar
Crews sized to the academic year, not a fixed headcount.
Roles we are building toward
- Dining hall and food service associates
- Custodial and floor care
- Move-in and moving crews
- Event setup and ushers
- Front desk and mail room support
Who we are building this for
- Colleges and universities
- Private and charter schools
- Summer camps and programs
- Campus facilities and dining contractors
