How it works for participants
Your sponsor is your main contact for the program. Sponsors screen and select every participant and arrange your placement with the host employer.
If your sponsor places you with Alto or one of our clients, we help with housing, getting to work and settling in.
- Seasonal jobs for up to four months during your university break
- Customer-facing and store roles, never warehouse or overnight work
- No job needs a car or a driver’s license
