Support teams that keep care running
We are expanding into senior living and healthcare support: the dining, housekeeping, laundry and front desk work behind every day of care.
- Dining and kitchen support
- Environmental services
- Screened associates
The work behind the care
Residents and patients notice clean rooms, warm meals and a friendly front desk. We are building staffing for those support roles in senior living communities and healthcare facilities, screened and prepared before their first shift and paid by Alto.
These are non-clinical roles only. Alto does not place nurses, nursing assistants or other licensed care staff.

Common questions
Who employs the associates?
Alto HR does. Associates are our W-2 employees. You direct the work at your site; we handle pay, tax forms and paperwork.
Do you place nurses or care staff?
No. Alto places non-clinical support roles only, such as dining, housekeeping, laundry and front desk. Licensed care roles stay with your own team or a healthcare agency.
