What you can expect from Alto
- We never charge you a fee for a job, housing referral or anything else to do with recruitment.
- We never ask for payment by text, social media or gift card.
- You can contact your sponsor at any time, about anything.
- You can report a problem without losing your job.
- We never hold your passport or identity documents.
If something feels wrong
Contact your sponsor. You can also tell us through our misconduct report form, anonymously if you prefer. If anyone is in danger, call 911.
