Freezer & Cooler Stocker Supervisor

Alto HR is placing a Freezer & Cooler Stocker Supervisor at our retail Destin location. You will lead a team maintaining frozen foods and refrigerated sections, ensuring quality standards and high productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of freezer/cooler associates across evening or overnight shifts
• Assign tasks, monitor stocking progress, and ensure department productivity
• Enforce cold chain compliance and product rotation standards
• Train associates on safe operation of pallet jacks and cold-storage equipment
• Communicate inventory gaps and operational issues to store management

Requirements

• Retail or logistics supervisory experience preferred
• Comfort working in cold environments (freezer sections)
• Ability to operate or quickly learn powered pallet equipment
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
