Produce Supervisor

Alto HR is recruiting a Produce Supervisor for our retail Miramar Beach client. This leadership role oversees the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring quality, presentation, and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of produce associates
• Plan and execute daily stocking, rotation, and display standards
• Monitor shrink and freshness metrics, report to store management
• Order, receive, and track produce inventory
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards and department audits

Requirements

• 1+ year of produce or fresh foods supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of fresh produce handling, storage, and rotation
• Leadership and communication skills
• Food safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
