Our story
Our founders ran departments in big-box stores. They saw what happened when a staffing agency sent people who did not know the work: missed shifts, slow training, and store managers doing everyone’s job.
So they built a company that prepares associates before their first shift, pays them properly and treats them with respect. Today Alto HR staffs retail and grocery stores from Pensacola to Panama City, and we are expanding into hospitality and resort work, payroll and compliance services, and international seasonal programs.
