When employer of record makes sense
Sometimes you have found the right person but do not want to add them to your own payroll: a seasonal hire, a short project, or a worker you want to try before committing. Alto puts them on our payroll and handles onboarding, pay, tax withholding and employment records, while you direct the work day to day.
Every worker still completes eligibility checks and onboarding paperwork with us before their first shift, the same as any Alto associate.
