The honest version
- H-2B work must be seasonal and runs under an approved petition.
- There is a statutory cap, and filing windows open months ahead of the season.
- Nobody can guarantee a visa, an approval or an arrival date. We will not.
- Workers never pay recruiting or hiring fees.
- Workers can only come from countries on the current eligible-countries list, which we check before any recruiting starts.
