This service is for project work done by people who run their own business. Shift work at your site, such as cashier, stocking, housekeeping or front-desk roles, is always done by W-2 employees, never contractors.
J-1 and H-2B participants are never contractors. Whether an engagement suits a contractor arrangement is decided case by case, with advice, before any work starts.
