Shipping and returns
How orders from the Alto apparel shop are paid for, shipped, picked up and returned.

Defects and wrong items covered
Tell us within 30 days and we replace the item or refund it.
Ordering and payment
There is no payment on the website. When you send an order, we email you within one business day to confirm the total, including shipping, and how to pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and we start making or packing it then.
Shipping
Flat rate
Shipping is $7.99 per order to any address in the United States, however many items you order.
Delivery time
Orders arrive 5–10 business days after your order is confirmed. Most items are made to order with the Alto logo, which takes a few days before shipping.
Tracking
We email you the tracking number when your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only.
Free pickup in Miramar Beach
Choose pickup when you order and we email you when your order is ready. Collect it at 495 Grand Boulevard, Suite 206, Miramar Beach, FL 32550, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central.
Returns and replacements
Damaged or defective
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, tell us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo. We send a replacement or refund it, including shipping.
Wrong item
If we sent the wrong item, size or color, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we send the right one at no cost.
Change of mind
Because items carry the Alto logo and most are made for each order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or a size ordered by mistake.

Email info@altohr.com or call (850) 805-3774 with your name, order details and a photo of the problem.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Vests for Alto associates and supervisors
Alto associates and supervisors receive one vest free when they start. The vest stays Alto HR property: please return it when your work with Alto HR ends, before your last paycheck. Extra vests, and replacements for lost or damaged vests, are purchased from the shop and follow this policy.
