Common questions

Who employs the associates you place?

Alto HR does. Associates are our W-2 employees. You direct the day-to-day work; we handle pay, tax forms and paperwork.

What roles do you fill?

Frontline roles in retail, grocery, facilities and warehouse work, office and professional roles such as administration, customer service, accounting, HR and IT support, and the leads and supervisors for each. We are expanding into hospitality, restaurants and vacation rentals.

How quickly can you staff?

It depends on the roles, the numbers and the location. We reply with a plan and a quote within one business day.

Do we need a long-term contract?

No long-term commitment is required to get started.

Can you guarantee J-1 participants?

No. Sponsors screen and select every participant, and we never guarantee numbers, visas or dates.
