Bagger / Cart Associate

Alto HR is recruiting Bagger/Cart Associates for our retail Fort Walton Beach client. This front-end, customer-facing role is critical to a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries and merchandise quickly and efficiently at checkout
• Assist customers in carrying or loading their purchases
• Retrieve and organize shopping carts from parking areas
• Maintain cleanliness at checkout lanes and front entrance
• Support cashiers and front-end team as needed

Requirements

• Positive, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather
• High energy and ability to stay on your feet for extended shifts
• No experience required — Alto HR will train all new associates
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
