Alto HR is placing Customer Service Associates for our retail Pensacola client. This flexible, customer-facing role supports the service desk, returns, and general floor assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the service desk with returns, exchanges, and inquiries
- Process returns efficiently and accurately using store POS system
- Answer phone calls and direct customer questions appropriately
- Support front-end operations during peak traffic periods
- Maintain a professional, welcoming attitude at all times
Requirements
- Previous customer service or retail experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfort with computer systems and basic data entry
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pay
- $15–$19 an hour
