Freezer, Cooler & Deli Stocker Associate

Alto HR is recruiting Freezer, Cooler & Deli Stocker Associates for our retail client in Destin, FL. You will maintain product levels across the frozen foods, cooler, and deli sections, ensuring shelves are stocked, rotated, and clean at all times.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate frozen food, refrigerated, and deli department products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
• Operate powered pallet jacks and stock equipment safely
• Assist customers with product location and inquiries
• Meet store-level stocking productivity benchmarks

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments (freezer, cooler areas)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
• Availability to work early morning, evening, or overnight shifts
