Alto HR is placing Merchandise & Stocking Associates at our retail Miramar Beach client location. Associates will work across general merchandise, grocery, and seasonal departments to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from pallets and stock shelves efficiently
- Rotate product and remove out-of-date items
- Set up and maintain seasonal displays
- Maintain backroom organization and safety standards
- Collaborate with store management to meet department goals
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Retail or warehouse experience a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
Competitive wages starting at $15/hr. Alto HR manages all HR administration and compliance.
