Alto HR is recruiting Overnight Stock Associates for our retail Gulf Shores client. This overnight role is ideal for candidates who prefer quiet, team-focused shifts with minimal customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves overnight across multiple departments
- Organize backroom and process incoming product deliveries
- Build seasonal endcaps and execute promotional resets
- Ensure departments are fully stocked and ready for morning opening
- Follow all safety protocols and store standards
Requirements
- Willingness and availability to work overnight shifts (typically 10pm–7am)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation — overnight transit may be limited
- No experience required; Alto HR provides full training

- $16–$20 an hour
