Alto HR is placing a Picker (Online Grocery / OPD Associate) across our retail locations in the Florida Panhandle. You'll fulfill online grocery and pickup orders accurately and on time, helping customers get exactly what they ordered.
Responsibilities
- Pick items from the sales floor using a handheld scanner per customer order
- Stage orders in the correct temperature zones (ambient, chilled, frozen)
- Verify substitutions and quality of perishable items before bagging
- Load orders into vehicles at curbside pickup
- Maintain pick rate and accuracy targets
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort using handheld scanners and basic mobile apps
- Ability to walk extensively (8–12 miles per shift) and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable and punctual; flexible morning, evening, or weekend availability
- Customer-friendly attitude for curbside loading

- $15–$19 an hour
