Alto HR is recruiting Stocking & Unloading Associates for our retail Destin client. This physically active role involves unloading merchandise trucks and stocking shelves throughout the store.
Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise trailers and palletize product for department stocking
- Stock shelves throughout the store per store planogram and standards
- Operate equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and stock carts
- Maintain backroom cleanliness and organization
- Meet daily unloading and stocking productivity goals
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/move for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous warehouse, unloading, or retail stocking experience a plus
- Flexible shifts — early morning and overnight openings available
- Pay
- $15–$19 an hour
