Typical projects

Each is a defined piece of business-to-business work with an agreed outcome, delivered with your own methods and tools:

• HR and compliance projects: writing handbooks and policies, designing onboarding processes, and preparing records for audits. Not legal advice.
• Training design and delivery: building training modules and running sessions for store teams.
• Recruiting projects: search campaigns for hard-to-fill store management roles, on a project fee.
• Workforce planning: seasonal staffing models, scheduling analysis and labor budgets.
• Store opening and remodel planning: planning the people side of an opening or remodel.
• Translation and interpretation: Spanish and Portuguese materials for employers and program participants.

We do not engage contractors for cashier, stocking, housekeeping, front-desk or other shift roles. Those roles are always W-2.
