Alto HR is placing a Lead Supervisor across our retail locations in the Florida Panhandle. You'll lead supervisors and front-line associates across departments, owning shift execution, daily targets, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Direct supervisors and associates across multiple departments during your shift
- Drive daily productivity, recovery, and customer service standards
- Coach team members on procedures, safety, and retail standards
- Resolve escalations from associates, customers, and management
- Partner with store leadership on staffing, scheduling, and performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail supervisory or lead experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Open availability including evenings and weekends
- Pay
- $18–$25 an hour
