Alto HR is placing a Shift Lead across our retail locations in the Florida Panhandle. You'll be the on-the-floor leader during your shift — directing associates, keeping departments moving, and ensuring a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead associates during your assigned shift
- Open or close the department, complete shift handoffs, and report status
- Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and step in to support associates
- Maintain merchandising, stocking, and recovery standards
- Resolve customer questions and escalate issues as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year retail or customer-facing lead experience
- Comfortable directing peers and giving clear instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
- Basic computer/POS familiarity
- Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs
- Pay
- $17–$23 an hour
