Supervisor

Alto HR is placing a Supervisor across our retail locations in the Florida Panhandle. You'll oversee a team of retail associates, ensuring department targets are hit and retail operating standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates assigned to your department or shift
• Plan and assign daily workloads
• Train new hires on procedures and safety
• Conduct shift huddles and provide ongoing performance feedback
• Coordinate with management on staffing, inventory, and scheduling

Requirements

• Retail supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs
