Grocery Department Associate

Alto HR is placing full-time Grocery Department Associates at our retail Miramar Beach client. This role spans the dry grocery, canned goods, snack, and beverage aisles — keeping shelves full and the shopping experience smooth.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate dry grocery items across assigned aisles
• Maintain price labels, product facing, and aisle organization
• Process weekly and daily resets as directed by department management
• Assist customers in locating grocery items
• Support inventory control and assist with periodic audits

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong stocking fundamentals
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
• Retail or grocery experience preferred
• Full-time availability including early mornings
• Strong reliability and attendance record
