Shift Lead

Alto HR is placing a Shift Lead across our retail locations in the Florida Panhandle. You'll be the on-the-floor leader during your shift — directing associates, keeping departments moving, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates during your assigned shift
• Open or close the department, complete shift handoffs, and report status
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and step in to support associates
• Maintain merchandising, stocking, and recovery standards
• Resolve customer questions and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year retail or customer-facing lead experience
• Comfortable directing peers and giving clear instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
• Basic computer/POS familiarity
• Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs
